A company account brings your whole fleet into one place: every driver, every vehicle, every journey — live and historical — with one subscription.
What you get with a company account
- Central driver management. Add drivers yourself; they receive login details by email.
- A shared vehicle fleet. Register vehicles once. Drivers just pick one from a list when they start a trip.
- A live dashboard. See every active journey and your drivers' latest known locations on one map.
- Journey oversight. Browse every active and past journey your drivers have run, with the full route for each.
- Continuous driver location (with the journey.delivery mobile app). Know where your drivers are during working hours, not just mid-delivery — see below.
- Multiple admins. Add colleagues as company admins to share the workload.
- Simple billing. One subscription, paid securely by card through Stripe, managed yourself.
Step 1 — Register your company
- Go to Register your business.
- Enter your company details and create the first admin login.
- Choose a plan and complete payment on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your subscription is active as soon as payment succeeds.
Step 2 — Choose the right plan
Plans are based on the number of people on your account. Every company plan includes all company features — the only difference is how many seats you get. Current plans, prices and billing periods are on the pricing page.
- Each driver uses one seat. Company admins also use a seat.
- When you reach your plan's limit, you'll be asked to upgrade before adding anyone else.
- Planning to move to a smaller plan? Remove drivers first so you're within the new plan's limit.
Step 3 — Set up your fleet
- Add vehicles: registration, type and model for each.
- Add drivers: name, email and phone. Each driver is emailed a temporary password and should change it at first login.
- Set your company address (optional, under Settings). Your dashboard map centres on your service area when no journeys are running.
Step 4 — Run your day
- Drivers log in, pick a vehicle, enter the destination and load, invite the customer, and start. See Creating and Sharing a Journey.
- Invite your own dispatcher or office address to journeys as well as the customer if you want the same alerts they get.
- Watch everything from the dashboard. Drivers whose location hasn't updated recently are shown as stale, so you can tell a live position from an old one at a glance.
Continuous driver location
Separately from journeys, drivers using the journey.delivery mobile app can share their location throughout the working day — even when no journey is running. It's designed to be respectful of drivers' time:
- Each driver controls it from their own Settings page, including an on/off switch.
- It only runs within working hours the driver sets (6:00am to 6:00pm by default).
- Locations are reported roughly every couple of minutes.
- Admins can view a driver's route for any day from the Drivers page. This location history is kept for 3 days and then deleted.
Continuous location requires an active company subscription.
Managing billing
From the Billing page in your company portal you can see your current plan and open Stripe's secure billing portal to:
- change plan,
- update your payment card,
- download invoices, or
- cancel.
journey.delivery never sees or stores your full card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry and notify you. While a payment is outstanding, you won't be able to add new drivers and continuous driver location is paused; everything resumes once payment goes through.
Individual drivers
Not running a fleet? Individual drivers use journey.delivery free, with no subscription. Just register and start tracking.
